Opportunity #2622:
Financial Analyst


  • Research commercial real estate property information, owners, lenders, etc. utilizing on-line databases, local government sources, etc.
  • Research several commercial real estate markets to be knowledgeable about various submarkets, trends, & recent sales.
  • Use ARGUS DCF 15 software to underwrite and value commercial real estate assets.
  • Prepare Brokers Opinion of Value for various client types including lenders and private owners.
  • Help to prepare Offering Memorandums for property sales.
  • This position requires regular interaction within the Investment Brokerage Team
  • This list of responsibilities is not all-inclusive; individuals will perform other related duties as assigned.


  • At least one (1) years of real estate or financial analysis experience with a finance/accounting background. Recent graduates with strong academic performance from a recognized institution will be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
  • Candidate should be familiar with all commercial property types and standard commercial leasing/sales language.
  • Proficiency in Argus is desired and advanced knowledge of Excel is a must.
  • Excellent communication and business writing skills for drafting BOVs (Broker Opinion of Value) are a necessity. Candidate must have the ability to understand, formulate and defend valuations.
  • Candidates must have the following attributes to be considered for this position: strong analytical skills, impeccable attention to detail, hardworking, and flexibility to meet the demands of the position. Some local travel may be required. The ideal individual will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic that is able to function independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Salary: $70,000.00

Location: Brighton, MI


Need someone that will be hands-on with the monthly accounting. Currently have someone handling payroll/AP and billing but need someone higher level to handle month end, etc. Ideally need someone with percentage of completion accounting.

The Company currently oversees the operations of $3 billion in multifamily and commercial real estate through a mix of public and private offerings.

This position is ideal for an individual who has a strong desire to learn the real estate industry and bring their career to the next level.

Duties include being responsible for a portfolio of multifamily communities located throughout the U.S. This is more than an accounting position, as responsibilities include performing all facets of owning a multifamily community: acquisition/disposition, financing, daily operation of a real estate asset, cash management including distribution rate analysis, communication with investors and senior management, working with third-party property managers, and overseeing compliance with the auditors, tax accountants and banks.
